Customer Reviews
I love this weeder! It is sturdy and has a very comfortable grip and good reach. It's perfect for weeding from a seated position. I just got a new one with a claw head, and I'm wishing for a version with a patio knife.
Happy with this tool, sturdy, well made and reasonably priced. The head works well for dandelion type weeds, just give a shove. I mainly have weeds with thin and fibrous stems, though. It wasn't working on these types of weeds until I discovered how to spear the bottom of the weed and then rotate the tool, then it pulls them out just fine. I dropped one star because this tool is too short, I am 5'10" and have to bend if the weed is not right next to my foot. Since the whole point of buying this sort of tool is to save your back, it should be 6 to 12 inches longer.
